DELED Rank List 2022: D.El.Ed. Rank List based on CBT has been declared by the State Council of Educational Research and Training – Delhi on 27th August 2022, State Council of Educational Research and Training which is an autonomous body of the Government of Delhi, Conducts DELED (Diploma in Elementary Education) (D.eL.eD.) Examination, Admission and eCounselling Services, every year, State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Delhi is an autonomous body of the Government of NCT of Delhi, established in 1988.
It is a nodal agency recognized by the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE) for admission, curriculum construction, course conduction, guidance, examination and certification of the pre-service training programme in the area of pre-primary and elementary education viz Two-year Diploma for Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) and Diploma in Pre-School Education (DPSE).

SCERT, Delhi is a government agency that offers pre-service training programmes in the area of pre-primary and elementary education. These programmes include theory and practical work in DIETs/Institutes schools and the community, and exposure to action research and experimentation for improving classroom pedagogy.
Diploma in Elementary Education is a two-year course with 1040 seats in 9 Government DIETs and 1900 seats in Self Financing Institutes Affiliated with SCERT. The medium of instruction and examinations shall be English/Hindi, D.El.Ed. the course is a two-year full-time regular teacher training course based on theory and a lot of practical activities.

COURSE OF STUDIES FOR DIPLOMA IN ELEMENTARY EDUCATION (D.El.Ed.)
A diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) is a full-time diploma course of two-year duration. There is a total intake of 1040 candidates in 9 Government DIETs. Out of 1040 Seats, 20 seats for ‘Teaching of Urdu and 20 seats for Teaching of Punjabi are sanctioned at DIET Darya Ganj and DIET Karkardooma respectively. In Self Financing Institutes Affiliated to SCERT, there are 1900 seats as detailed in the institutes-wise list. The medium of instruction and examinations shall be English/Hindi.
The syllabus of the course consists of foundation papers, pedagogical papers and the School Experience Programme. Assignments, seminars, workshops and field exposure are an integral part of the curriculum. The distribution of the course outline along with the scheme of evaluation is as follows: Academic Calendar and Scheme of Evaluation.
- There shall be at least two hundred working days each year exclusive of the period of examination and admission.
- The institution shall work for a minimum of thirty-six hours a week (five or six days) during which physical presence in the institution of all the teachers and students teachers is necessary to ensure their availability for teaching-learning, advice, guidance, dialogue and consultation as and when needed.

- NOTICE: Admit Card for CBT of all applicants is forwarded to them in their registered e-mail ID/Link on the website. If any of the applicants are not able to download his/her e-admit card, please write a mail at [email protected]. Without an e-admit card, no one will be allowed to appear in CBT-2022.
- Notice :- Date of CBT-2022 for D.El.Ed./D.P.S.E. admissions( SCERT, Delhi) is 12/08/2022. Please check your admit card for more details.
- Registration & Editing facility of online application form-2022 is over.
- Those candidates who did not update their 12th class marks in the application form, please read the amendment in Public Notice.
- The last date for submission of the Application Form, Fee Payment, Choice Filling and Editing Facility is extended till 29/07/2022. Applicants are advised to do a MANDATORY update of the marks of the qualifying examination (12th marks details) in their application form immediately.
