Indian Navy Bharti Important Dates 2022:

  • Starting Date to fill Indian Navy form: Last week of April 2022
  • Last Date to fill India Navy form: First week of May 2022

Salary estimate:

  • During the preliminary training period,  applicants will get an estimated stipend of  Rs.  14,600/-per month.
  • On successful completion of preliminary training, you will be placed in Level 3 of the Defence Pay Matrix

Educational Qualification

Job hunters who are willing to apply must have 12th passed with 60% with Maths & Physics.

Age Limit:

Age for those who wish to apply should be born in between 01 February 2001 to 31 July 2004 (Both dates inclusive)

Selection Process:

  • Applicants need to appear for the written exam and PFT.
  • PFT will be undertaken based on a percentage of qualifying exams (12 exams).
  • Cut-off marks may be changed from state to state as vacancies will be allocated in a state-wise way.

  • Weight and Chest should be balanced.

How to Apply for Navy Recruitment 2022

Step 1. Go to apprenticeshipindia.org

Step 2. On the homepage, click on the trade apprenticeship application link

Step 3. Register using your name and a valid phone, email id

Step 4. Fill up the application form

Step 5. Upload required documents

Step 6. Pay the application fees. Submit.

Step 7. Download and take a printout of the filled registration form for further use

Selection Process

Applicants will be selected by a written exam with objective questions. It will consist of 50 questions: 20 on mathematics, 20 on general sciences, and 20 on general knowledge, each question carrying a point and a half.

The exam will take place on January 27 and the results will be released on January 29.

Candidates who have passed the written test will be invited to sit interviews in the different categories and reserve professions. The interview will be based on the technical skills of the candidates in their respective fields.

The interview process will take place between January 31 and February 3. Candidates selected for the interview will have to undergo a medical examination which will take place from February 7 to 15.

Physical Fitness Test Details

The Indian Navy Fitness Test consists of

(1) 1.6 km run in 7 minutes, you must travel 1,600 meters in 7 minutes to qualify for the position in the Indian Navy.

(2) 20 squats (Uthak bethak) are required to qualify for this exam.

(3) 10 push-ups, candidates must perform 10 push-ups to qualify

Candidates must pass the OMR computer-based written exam prior to this physical fitness test.

If you are qualified for both the written and physical test, you must pass the medical test, in this test all parts of your body must check your medical fitness.
