There are two schemes under the MahaDBT directorate of the technical education department. These are Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Yojana and Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Vastigruh Nirvah Bhatta Yojna (DTE). Mahadbt school education and sports department scholarship

There are two schemes under this scholarship- for junior college and for economically backward class students.

For junior college

• The candidate should have enrolled for class 11^th or class 12^th.
• The candidate should have obtained at least 60% in SSC exams.

For economically backward class students

• The student should have obtained at least 50% marks in SSC exams.
• There should not be any reappear in board exams.

Mahadbt minority development department scholarship

This scholarship is designed for candidates who have enrolled in Arts, commerce. Science, law, medical, or another course. There are three schemes under this scholarship and all schemes have different eligibility criteria. The schemes are as under-

How to Register online for Mahadbt Portal?

• The first step is to visit the official website of the scholarship at mahadbtmahait.gov.in
• On the home page, there will be a link to “Post matric scholarship”. Click on this link.

• Now click on “new applicant registration”.
• You will be redirected to a new page. Enter your name, user name, password, email id, and mobile number.
• OTP will be generated for verification. Enter the OTP in the “Enter OTP for email id and mobile number” box.
• Then click on the “register” button.
• Your credentials will be generated and will be sent to your mobile number and email id. Save them or note them down for further use.

How to login into the Mahadbt scholarship?

• After the above steps, click on “applicant login”.
• In that enter your user’s name and password.
• Now verify the captcha code and click on the “Log in here” button.
• Enter your personal details and residential information.
• All information entered should be accurate and valid. Enter father’s name, mother’s name, and occupation of parents.
• You enter the current course name along with your past qualification name, stream, university, etc.
• If you want to apply for a hostel then click on “hostel details”,
• Now click on the “save” button.
