Oasis Scholarship – The Oasis is an online scholarship application portal established by the State Government of West Bengal government to apply, renew, and track the Post matric and Pre matric scholarship applications online for SC, ST, and OBC students.
The major goal of this PMS scholarship is to help financially disadvantaged SC, ST, and OBC students with their Pre-Matric and Post-Matric studies, for the academic year 2022-23.
According to new instructions issued by the Govt. of India, the first phase will release 40% of the total eligible amount. The remaining 60% of the total eligible amount will be distributed as soon as possible.

OASIS Scholarship 2022
SC, ST, and OBC Scholarships are a unique type of scholarship provided by the State Government to assist students belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Other Backward Classes of West Bengal to continue their studies at different levels.
The benefits of these scholarships accrue to the students every year. The proceeds of these scholarships are sponsored by the Central Government of India and distributed by the State Government.

OASIS Scholarship Eligibility Criteria 2022
The candidates must follow the eligibility criteria to apply for the oasis scholarship 2022 as follows

| Pre-matric scholarship for SC students | One must be a student of classes 9 and 10 and belong to the SC category. The income of the family/guardian should not exceed 2 Lakh INR per year from all the sources. |
| Pre-matric scholarship for ST students | A student must belong to the ST category. Students in the 9th and 10th class can apply for it. The annual income of the family or guardian should not exceed INR 2 Lakh from all the sources of income. |
| Post-matric scholarship for SC/ST students | The student must be studying at post-secondary or post-matriculation level and belong to the SC / ST category. The annual income of parents or guardians should not exceed 2.5 INR Lakh from all the sources of income. |
| Post-matric scholarship for OBC students | The student must be studying at the post-secondary level and belong to the OBC category. The annual income of the family or the guardian from all the sources should not exceed INR 1 Lakh. |
OASIS Scholarship 2022 All Benefits
The Reserved Category of the Students will receive monetary benefits as part of the OASIS government scholarships program to continue their premature and post-matric training without worrying about the finances.

OASIS Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
Pre-Matric Scholarship for SC & ST Students:
- A student must belong to SC & ST category.
- Students who are studying in a 9th & 10th class.
- The annual income of the parents/guardians should not be more than two lakh rupees.
Post-Matric Scholarship for SC & ST Students:
- A student must belong to SC & ST category.
- Students who are studying at a post-secondary and post-matriculation level.
- The annual income of the parents/guardians should not be more than 2.5 lakh rupees.
Post-Matric Scholarship for OBC Students:
- Students who are studying at a post-secondary level
- A student must belong to the OBC category.
- The annual income of the parents/guardians should not be more than one lakh rupees.

Oasis Scholarship Amount
Candidates are selected for the scholarship on the basis of their merit and financial conditions. Hostellers will receive₹750 per month for 10 months and for Ad-hoc Grant, hostellers will receive ₹1000 per year.

This scholarship is usually awarded to students based on the class they are studying each year.

How to Apply Oasis Scholarship Online 2021-22?
- Open the browser and enter https://oasis.gov.in.
- For new registration on the web portal click on “Student Registration“.
- First-time users need to verify their Cast Certificate.
- Fill up the registration form for registering as a new student on the web portal.
- Fill up it correctly and click on the “Submit” button.
- After successful submission of the application form.
- You can download your permanent User id/Application Number & Password by clicking on “Download login information/ Acknowledgement slip”.
Now you can enter into the portal by “Login Now” option to fill “Further Details & Bank Account Information”. Enter your user ID, password, and captcha and click the login button.
- Enter your details and fill up information carefully and save.
- Fill up your bank information and save it.
- Verify & Lock.
- Print the Application and submit the printed copy of your filled-in application form to the concerned Block/ municipality as instructed on the last page of your application form.
How to Renew Oasis Scholarship Online 2021-22?
- Open the browser and enter https://oasis.gov.in.
- Click “Renew your Application” at the menu.
- Choose your concerned district.
Now login with the User ID & password you have received last academic year.
- Verify your details by clicking on the “Details” menu that you have entered last academic year.
- Click on the “Renew Application” menu to enter the information on the current academic session of study.
- Click on the “Renew & Lock Application” button then download the filled-in application form.
- Click on the “Print Application” menu & submit the printed copy of your filled-in application form to the concerned Block/municipality as instructed on the last page of your application form.

- Then click on “Track an application“
- Enter the Application Number or User ID.
- Choose your district.
- Choose the academic year.
- Enter the captcha number.
