NEET PG Counselling 2022 Final Seat Allotment Results of Mop Up Round are expected to be released by MCC today, 19th November 2022. Candidates can access the results on mcc.nic.in, Once they have been released.

NEET PG results for the mop-up round have now been released for MD, MS, Diploma, MDS, and PG DNB programmes. More than 8,000 candidates have been shortlisted as candidates for the mop-up round of counselling for the NEET PG programme.

Upon the declaration of the final result and the download of the allotment letter from the official MCC website, the provisional result will be treated as final. However, it is subject to change after 10 A.M. of 19th November. Therefore, candidates are encouraged to approach the allotted colleges only after the final result is declared and after downloading the allotment letter.

This morning, 19th November, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) announced the final results of the counselling mop-up round of the National Eligibility Cumulative Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG). The result of the mop-up round counselling for NEET PG 2022 can be viewed at MCC.nic.in by those who have registered for it. In addition, it has been announced that the NEET PG results for MD, MS, Diploma, MDS, and PG DNB programmes have been released. In total, 8,606 candidates have been shortlisted for the mop-up round of counselling.

NEET PG Counselling 2022 Provisional Seat Allotment

On 18th November 2022, the NEET PG Counselling 2022 Provisional allotment was already published by MCC, and candidates who have been allotted a seat can request a revision or raise an objection to it until this afternoon, 19th November 2022, at 10 A.M. If the result does not match the applicant’s expectations, applicants can inform the MCC of DGHS via email by using the address [email protected] until 10 A.M. on 19th November.

Based on the discrepancies the NEET PG candidates raised, the MCC would release the final seat allocation for the counselling process. The final allotment result for NEET PG 2022 Counselling Mop-Up Round is expected after 10 A.M. on 19th November 2022.

NEET PG Counselling 2022 Round 2 Removal Process

We want to Inform All candidates who participated in any of the rounds, either round 1 or round 2 of the NEET PG MCC Counselling 2022, as well as state-level counselling for NEET PG 2022, will now be removed from the group if they do not resign by the deadline of Friday, November 17, 6 P.M. As a result of the current situation, 43 candidates are affected.

Considering the grievances raised regarding the provisional result, the MCC has developed the final mop-up round result. According to the final mop-up round result, the merit of the NEET PG exam, the choices of the candidates, and the availability of seats in the MD, MS, and Diploma programs are considered. Candidates can download and check the result PDF of the NEET PG mop-up round by visiting the official website of MCC.

To view their final seat allotment, candidates need to visit the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) at MCC.nic.in, where they can search for their NEET PG Roll Number and name to locate their seats. Once the final seat allotment is released, MCC will inform candidates regarding the last date for reporting to MCC.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released an official schedule which indicates that the final seat allotment for NEET PG Counselling Mop-Up was due on 9th November 2022, and candidates are required to report to the medical institutions where they were assigned seats between November 10 and 14, 2022.

Once the mop-up round concludes, MCC will commence with the stray vacancy round after the extended registrations and choice filling and locking have been reopened for candidates.

According to the data received by the end of Round 2 of All India Counseling conducted by MCC of DGHS and state-level counselling conducted by state counselling authorities, 43 candidates (Annexure II) have joined seats. 

Applicants registered through state counselling must either resign their seats by 6:00 P.M. on 17.11.2022 or ensure that their names are removed from the list of candidates registered through the state counselling authorities. It was stated in the official notification that their names would be removed from the MCC of DGHS’s All India Quota joined candidate database if they did not do so.

NEET PG Counselling 2022 Final Result of Mop-Up Round Conclusion

Candidates must contact their allotted college/institute for reporting purposes after the declaration of the NEET PG 2022 final results. Students must also carry the allotment letter once they download it from the MCC website.

Candidates who participated in the mop-up round of all India counselling and who joined through state counselling were listed by the MCC but were removed from the list before the seat processing of the mop-up round began. Approximately 43 candidates were involved in this situation. Until 6 P.M. on 17th November, they had the option of resigning.
